They are among an elite group of pilots who have circumna vigated the globe in a single engine plane. Here are some amazing facts ab out this achievement: 90 Trip Days! 180 Flight Hours! 30\,000 Miles Flown! 37 Landings in 19 Countries! Pilot Teahen is a member of the Cedar Rapids West Rotary Club and an experienced pilot of over 47 years. Pilot Ockenfe ls is a member of the Iowa City Rotary Club\, a past District 6000 Governo r\, and has had 43 years of flying experience Both are members of the Inte rnational Fellowship of Flying Rotarians. To date\, this flight has raised over $500\,000 in donations\, and when matched by the Gates Foundation\, will raise over $1.5 million to Eradicate Polio! Snacks and bevera ges will be served.   If you are driving\, park in the SFO International Terminal Hourly parking structure ($8.00 per hour) on level 8. Take the Bl ue Line AirTrain to the International Terminal\, which is the next stop. T ake the escalator down to the Departure level and turn right. The Museum w ill be to the left of the security checkpoint. Look for the blue Pan Am g lobe in the window.   If you are taking BART to the SFO International Ter minal\, exit the BART station and walk straight ahead to the opposite end of the building\, keeping the ticket counters to your right and the securi ty checkpoint to your left. Turn right at the end of the ticket counter an d walk towards the Boarding Area “A” side of the building.
