 s for In-Person Gatherings *Rotary International District 5150 looks forwa
 rd to welcoming everyone back to in-person events\, and doing so in a way 
 that’s safe for guests and event personnel in accordance with guidelines
  provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)\, the St
 ate of California\, and the public health departments of Marin\, San Franc
 isco and San Mateo counties. For the 2021-2022 Rotary year\, in-person eve
 nts will offer a virtual option (e.g. hybrid format) and include the follo
 wing protocols: Vaccination or Test Result Verification All in-person atte
 ndees must provide proof that they:   Are fully vaccinated\, or  Have re
 ceived a negative COVID-19 test (a negative PCR test administered within 7
 2 hours of the event)   Options for Providing Proof of COVID-19 Vaccinatio
 n You can show your Vaccination Record Card (CRC) from the CDC. Or you can
  show an image of the card\, if you have a picture on your phone. Or you c
 an use a digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by the State of California
 .  Use of Face Coverings Per the Marin\, San Francisco\, and San Mateo pu
 blic health orders of August 2\, 2021\, masks are to be worn indoors by al
 l event participants\, regardless of vaccination status. Face coverings sh
 all be worn over the nose and mouth at all times\, except when actively ea
 ting or drinking (remasking in between bites and sips).  Approved face ma
 sks include KN95\, N95\, cloth and surgical. The following face coverings 
 are not permitted: bandanas\, gaiters and masks with valves/ventilators. I
 f a guest arrives wearing a prohibited face covering\, they will be provid
 ed with a disposable mask.  Symptom Screening All in-person event partici
 pants will be asked to complete a brief symptom screening based upon CDC g
 uidelines for symptoms.  Don’t put others at risk.  If you’re not fe
 eling well on the day of the event\, please stay home and join using the v
 irtual option.  Capacity Limits Venue capacity will be reduced to accommo
 date social distancing recommendations. Once a venue capacity is reached\,
  in-person registration will close. This means in-person registration may 
 close before the event date.  Alternative Accommodations If you cannot sh
 ow proof of vaccination or test result\, do not wish to wear a mask indoor
 s\, or are not yet comfortable gathering in an indoor space\, you can part
