DESCRIPTION:The first Earth Day was over 50 years ago. Rotary clubs around 
 our world have since worked hard to build awareness\, inspire action\, and
  plan service projects to protect our environment.    On May 5\, 2024\, 
 the Rotary clubs of Marin County will partner with the Marin County Parks 
 and the Marin County Landscaping District to plant 70 flowering plants in
  front of the Marin Center Exhibit Hall and Showcase Theater. This is an 
 impactful location near the Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired Civic Center where
  many exhibits and the Marin County Fair are held each year.   Schedule:
  We will begin at 9 AM and finish by 12 noon. Snacks will be provided. W
 ear closed-toe shoes. If you want\, bring your own water.   REGISTER HERE
