DESCRIPTION:As Marin County’s older adult population continues to grow\, 
 many seniors are facing increasing challenges with isolation\, food insecu
 rity\, transportation\, housing costs\, and access to services. In respons
 e\, Marin Rotary Clubs are coming together for the Rotary Epic Day of Ser
 vice for Older Adults on Saturday\, May 16\, from 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
  at Marin Center Children’s Island (10 Avenue of the Flags\, San Rafael
 ). This free community event will connect older adults and caregivers with
  valuable local resources\, health and wellness services\, transportation 
 support\, safety programs\, and opportunities for social connection. More 
 than 20 nonprofits\, public agencies\, and community organizations will pa
 rticipate\, all focused on improving quality of life for Marin seniors. Ro
 tarians and friends are encouraged to attend\, volunteer\, and help spread
  the word to older adults and caregivers in their communities who may bene
 fit from these important resources and connections. ► Registration is N
