International Women's Day is celebrated each year on March 8 to recognize women’s achievements, to raise awareness, and to reflect on gender equality worldwide. The celebration of this day began in New York City on March 8, 1857, by textile workers who called for shorter workdays and improved wages. In 1975, the United Nations General Assembly began celebrating March 8 as International Women’s Day, and it has since become a movement to honor women across the globe.

SPECIAL OFFER: We are pleased to offer the “Buy One Ticket and Bring a Friend for Free” promotion. This promotion applies to both the $50 General Reception and the $80 VIP $80 Reception (that includes the exclusive "Meet and Greet" Reception with VIPs).

Both the General package and the VIP package are available to anyone in the public. Whether you pay or attend as a guest of someone who paid, you will get the same benefits associated with that package.
