About ILSE

Inspiring Leaders to Serve Effectively (ILSE) is a five-session leadership development workshop designed to help Rotarians strengthen their ability to lead, communicate, collaborate, and inspire others in service.

This is not a program reserved for formal leaders.  It is for any Rotarian who wants to become more effective, more confident, and more impactful in working with others.

Who Should Attend?

ILSE is especially valuable for:
  • Newer Rotarians who want to better understand Rotary leadership and find meaningful ways to contribute
  • Emerging Leaders who are considering future leadership roles in their club or district
  • Committee Chairs and Project Leaders who need to motivate volunteers, delegate effectively, and keep teams engaged
  • Club Presidents and Presidents-Elect who want to strengthen leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Past Presidents and Experienced Rotarians who want to refresh their leadership approach and mentor future leaders
  • District Leaders who work across multiple clubs and need to influence, collaborate, and build consensus without relying on authority
  • Rotarians Leading Service Projects who want stronger tools for planning, teamwork, volunteer engagement, and follow-through
  • Rotarians Seeking Better Communication Skills who want to become better listeners, collaborators, and relationship builders
  • Rotarians Looking to Re-Energize Their Experience and reconnect with their purpose for serving
  • Any Rotarian Seeking Personal and Professional Growth, even without a desire for formal leadership roles
Why Attend the ILSE Workshop?
