It’s May, and the Rotary year is almost coming to a close. As I reflect on the year we’ve had so far, I am filled with gratitude and inspiration for what we have accomplished.
We set out to grow membership and truly live the belief that every person matters. All through this year, you delivered. I am so excited to say that we are charting a new club this month, the Rotary Club of Marin City, and we have a new satellite club with the Rotary Club of Foster City.
Our new members brought fresh energy. Longtime members reengaged. Clubs opened doors wider and reimagined what’s possible.
And it shows: our existing member retention rate is 95%! The highest in our Zone!
But growth is more than numbers. It’s people. Every member is a multiplier. Every idea creates ripple effects. Every act of service builds something bigger than ourselves.
Each person. Each idea. Each contribution. It all matters.
Together, we expanded Rotary’s reach, strengthened understanding, and built positive peace, through mentorship, education, opportunity, and connection.
So what’s next?
We keep going.
Keep inviting.
Keep listening.
Keep innovating.

If each of us brings one new person or re-engages one member, imagine the impact. The future of Rotary is ours to build.
Keep growing. Keep reaching. Keep building.
Because what you do matters. More than you may ever see.
