The Rotary District 5150 Mental Health Rotarian Action Group is opening up a discussion on a youth program that supports mental health and wellbeing. Our guest speaker is Ambassadors for Compassion. We will be learning more about the program and how our District and Clubs can get involved. The Ambassadors Program is designed to help youth define who they are and where they are going in life. Students will gain a greater confidence in their own strengths and abilities, while at the same time, enhancing their lives by giving them a new sense of purpose and belonging. Students in the program learn to overcome negative experiences and disappointments and build a stronger perception of self-worth.
