You are invited to join us for Rotary District 5150's District Assembly and Project Fair, 7:30am, Saturday, March 23rd, 2024.  

The District Assembly is one of our District's most important events, providing a glance of the upcoming Rotary Year and the opportunity to learn what our clubs are doing as well as learning the fundamentals of Rotary and brushing up on our Rotary Knowledge: 

  • Learn the vision for Rotary International and District 5150 for 2024-2025 Rotary Year from the Rotary International President Elect Stephanie Urchick and District Governor Elect Steve Wright
  • Celebrate our incoming 2024-25 club presidents
  • Participate in information packed, interactive breakout sessions
  • Learn more about Rotary and opportunities for service
  • Enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch provided by The Club that Cooks: the Foster Rotary Club
  • Build Rotary Camaraderie - Reunite with existing Rotary friends and make new ones

* NEW THIS YEAR * …. Participate in and browse projects showcased in our first District Project Fair and bring the Projects and Inspiration back to your club! 

The District Assembly and Project Fair is a chance for Rotarians to learn and brush up on the fundamentals of Rotary and further develop leadership skills and refine strategies to achieve their Rotary goals.  All Rotarians, new, experienced, and/or those who have accepted key Club/District leadership roles will benefit and are encouraged to attend the District Assembly. 

Your attendance is free to you; your club covers your registration fee. Interactors and Rotaractors are invited as well.

Cost  - This event is free for you to attend, underwritten by your club:

  • Rotarian/Adult, In-Person: $45
  • Rotaractor/College Student, In-Person: $25
  • Interactor/High School Student, In-Person: $20
  • Virtual: $20 for any attendee
