The Rotary Foundation Reference Guide Comprehensive guide includes information about Foundation funding, Foundation recognitions, PolioPlus, Rotary Peace Fellowships, Rotary Healthy Communities Challenge, Grants, Rotary Alumni, and General Resources.
The Rotary Foundation Online Learning Course These short courses give basic information about Rotary Foundation Basics as well as Areas of Focus, The Importance of Eradicating Polio, The Power of Giving, Club Rotary Foundation Committee Essentials, and more.
Step by Step Guide for TRF Admins Quick guide for club Foundation Chairs and others to manage functions related to their position: managing club executives, accessing Rotary Club Central, setting and reporting progress on goals, and accessing and generating reports.
The Rotary Foundation Contribution Form 123 Use to submit contributions for club members. Page 2 of this form is Form 102 Paul Harris Fellow Recognition Transfer Request Form for using Recognition Points to honor someone with an Honorary Paul Harris Fellow award.
Online TRF Contribution Form Members can use this form to make online contributions to the Annual Fund SHARE, Endowment Fund, PolioPlus, Disaster Response Fund and much more. Donors may make a gift in honor or in memory of someone, and may choose to make a recurring donation.
Rotary Direct Online Form Members may specify where they would like have their gift go, and then set up a recurring donation of any amount, and how often. This is especially recommended for those who have joined the Paul Harris Society or the PolioPlus Society where they have pledged donations of a certain amount each year.
Multiple Donor Form 094 Complete this form when submitting a single contribution reflecting the combined gifts of multiple club members. Please do not send cash. Club officers can also make contributions to The Rotary Foundation on behalf of their club or multiple club members at rotary.org/donate.
Paul Harris Society Form and Brochure The Paul Harris Society recognizes donors from around the world who notify The Rotary Foundation of their intention to contribute $1,000 or more every year to the Annual Fund, PolioPlus Fund, or approved global grants. Paul Harris Society donors receive a chevron to wear with any level Paul Harris Fellow pin.
Polio Plus Society The PolioPlus Society recognizes donors who commit to contribute at least $100 or more each year to the PolioPlus Fund. PolioPlus Society members receive a special pin.
Bequest/Benefactor Plan My Legacy Form Use this form to include Rotary in your Estate Plan. The Bequest Society pin will be given for those who commit $10,000 or more, and more recognitions are also detailed.
White Hat Society Membership in this Society requires a donation to the Rotary Foundation of $5,000 in a single year. White Hat Society members are invited to a special celebration each year.
